This letter is in reference to housing contract builder, Scott Lahrman. Scott was contracted to build our 2,000+ square foot home.
After pin pointing two additions to build our home, we called for the assistance of Scott to help in located and measuring a suitable lot for our planned home. Scott did the complete measuring and negotiating in the acquisition of the lot.
Mr. Lahrman was very helpful altering the blueprints in the homes original plan to accommodate our various alterations and additions.
This is our 4th New home and scott was by far the most accommodation builder that we have dealt with. His attention to our detail made if very easy to monitor the construction of our new home. Scott was exceptional in follow up and making minor changes as construction progressed.
Unlike previous builders, Mr. Lahrman was continually cleaning construction clutter inside the building and outside on the lot. The home was in move in condition.
After move in, Scott was very good on following through in correcting minor construction flaws. His attitude and promptness were again very exceptional compared to our previous home building experience.
I would highly recommend Mr. Lahrman to others and I would also use him again if we chose to build

Jacquie and I would just like to let you know how positive our experience was with you during construction of our home by your company, Crown Line Homes. You were alwasy willing to make any changes along the way and were always available when we need you with our concerns. Your approach was you just wanted us to be happy and you did whatever it took to make sure that happened. From beginning to end you were on the job site and working right along side us to make sure all the deadlines were being met.

We have built 3 homes prior to our current home and the experience does not compare to working with Scott Lahrman of Crown Line Homes and his go to realtor, Amy Rollet! We chose Crown Line Homes because we were impressed with the quality and attention to detail he puts into all his homes. The fact that we could take a floor plan and make it our own with a few changes was something we had never done before. When building our other homes, we never felt like we were allowed or welcomed on the job site but with Crown Line Homes they encouraged us to come to the site daily, which we did. Just being able to walk through our home on a daily basis made it easier to make last minute decisions or correct what wasn’t right.
The “I’ll do whatever you want” response when we would ask to add or change something was a response that spoke volumes to Scott’s character as a businessman. Communication is a big part of home building and Scott was available whenever we called or emailed him, which was daily, sometimes several times a day.
We highly recommend Crown Line Homes & Amy Rollet to anyone who is looking to build or buy a new home. Crownline Homes, Inc. built our home in the summer of 2008. Scott was very approachable, was always willing to assist in any way, and went above and beyond the expectations we had of him as our builder. As issues and concerns arose, Scott and the members of his home building team addressed each one in a timely manner. We moved into our new home 7/01/2010. We absolutely love it! We were happy we selected Scott to build our home. The working relationship we developed with him allowed our wishes to be completed as desired. We had the best in workmanship for sub-contractors. This is truly a dream come true.
